2025-2026 BC Cross-Enrolled Program

Round 2: Start week of Oct. 6; end week of Dec. 15 Sept. 12, 2025
Round 3: Start week of Nov. 3; end week of Jan. 26 Oct. 10, 2025
Round 4: Start week of Dec. 1; end week of Feb. 23 Nov. 7, 2025
Round 5: Start week of Jan. 5; end week of Mar. 16 Dec. 5, 2025
Round 6: Start week of Feb. 2; end week of Apr. 20 Jan. 9, 2025
Round 7: Start week of Mar. 2; end week of May 18 Feb. 6, 2025

* Course dates are based on regular group class size of 4+ students and are subject to change at Xspace’s sole discretion.

* Students may apply for any of the courses offered in Xspace’s BC Program in any of the rounds.

2026-2027 BC Full-Time Program

We are now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 BC Full-Time Program!  International students who require a Letter of Acceptance for study permit application or renewal are encouraged to apply as early as possible to avoid delays.

Semester Application Deadline
Fall: September to January June 26, 2026
Spring: February to June Nov. 27, 2026
Required Documents (for Applying to Secondary School Programs)

Students should be prepared to submit the following supplementary documents as part of their application to Xspace’s secondary school programs:

Copy of Passport photo page / Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) card

Proof of BC Residency:

  • One of: BC Driver’s License / BC Services Card (showing home address); OR
  • Most recent utility bill PLUS Canadian bank account statement (showing name and address)

Most recent transcript or final school report card

Additional requirement for domestic students: One parent’s proof of BC residency (BC Driver’s License / BC Services Card) PLUS proof of status (Passport / PR Card / Citizenship Card)

Additional requirement for international students: Copy of valid study permit (must be valid for at least 6 months for cross-enrolled applications)
