Public Speaking Program

An Xspace schooling experience creates infinite enrichment opportunities for students to thrive.  Public speaking is one of the most valuable skills students can learn and apply for their future studies.  Xspace’s Public Speaking Program aims to provide students in grades 8 to 12 the opportunity to unleash their potential and become a confident communicator through experiential and project-based learning.  This enrichment opportunity focuses on specialized speaking, leadership skills and individual needs.

The Level 1 curriculum of the Public Speaking Program focuses on helping G8-10 students develop basic public speaking skills and communicate messages with confidence.  The Level 2 curriculum focuses on fostering G11-12 student leadership and social consciousness. Both levels fulfill partial requirements of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in the skills section of the Bronze and Silver Awards.
